When will my order be placed after being received ? Orders are placed within an hour after being received.
Can I just cancel or change my order ? Changes to your order are possible if the order has not been processed. Since we place orders within an hour after being received, changes and cancellations are not always possible. If you like or need to change your order information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order with the details of your change/cancelation request.
Will I receive an email confirmation for my order ? Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order.
How can I track my order ? You will receive an email with the tracking # within two days after your order is placed.
How can I know the Shipping & Delivery time? The production process will require 6-9 days and delivery will take an additional 8-10 days. Once your item is prepared for shipment, you will be notified via email.
