At Graceful Designs, every product is made to order. In order to maintain the integrity of our made-to-order process and ensure the highest standards of quality, we have implemented a NO Returns or Exchanges Policy.

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted specifically for the individual customer, making it difficult to resell or restock returned merchandise without compromising on quality.

Exceptions: While we strive to uphold our No Returns or Exchanges Policy, we understand that there may be rare instances where a customer receives a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will graciously offer a replacement or refund as appropriate, provided that the customer notifies us within 3 days of receiving the product and provides sufficient evidence of the issue.

Each Graceful Designs product is made to order and we work with different manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times as follow:

6-9 days production time    8 - 10 days delivery time   📦 Ships Free in the U.S.!

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

1. When will my order be placed after being received ?

Orders are placed within an hour after being received.

2. Can I just cancel or change my order ?

Changes to your order are possible if the order has not been processed. Since we place orders within an hour after being received, changes and cancellations    are not always possible. If you like or need to change your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Will I receive an email confirmation for my order ?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order. 

4. How can I track my order ?

You will receive an email with the tracking number within two days after your order is placed.

5. How can I know the Shipping & Delivery time?

The production process will require 6-9 days and delivery will take an additional 8-10 days. Once your item is prepared for shipment, you will be notified via email.
